To support our requirements to guide your project to success, our team relies on your team in the seme way you do ours. In the initial stages of the design phases we need existing documents or the go-ahead to action items. These can include

  • Furnishing legal, insurance, accounting, and auditing services
  • Supply or coordination for site reports from experts that are not supported in our contractual agreement (Geotechnical, Environment, Archaeological, hazardous materials)
  • Supply or authorization of site reports form other experts (topographical, site surveys, etc…)
  • Furnishing any other tests, inspections, or reports
  • Discussing the budget with realistic expectations of current construction costs that align to building program objectives
  • Making time for meetings around the full design team schedule with other clients (as we will do for you)

Following upon the strategy of the work plan we establish for service delivery, there is no question regarding the architect’s design team responsibilities for maintaining an effective schedule. However, that schedule cannot be maintained without full client cooperation (Project management team, steering committee and MSB). The project schedule must contain action columns for both architect and client with dedicated milestone dates so that all players can fulfill their obligations. The schedule must define:
