It is closely shared in our direction towards a sustainable future, which is more than designing and building high performance buildings, rather, sustainable inclusive outcomes resulting from actions that drive positive change in society. We are working hard to reflect the diversity of our community and Canada.

An employee can discuss any concerns with the immediate supervisor or file a notice or compliant to the Office Manager. Salter Pilon ensures that employees will not be dismissed, demoted, suspended, threatened, bullied, or discriminated in the workplace because they lodged a good faith notice.
